Winter Decorations – Winter wreaths, grave blankets and artificial arrangements are permitted from November 1 to April 1 of each year. Any decorations you wish to save should be removed before that date. The City will discard all winter decorations at Hillside Cemetery remaining onsite after April 1 and stored for 3 months.
Summer Decorations – Fresh flowers only in hanging baskets, flower stands or one pot (no larger than 14″ round) per grave is permitted between April 1 and November 1 of each year. Artificial or plastic flowers are not allowed during this period.
Foundations – The deadline for receiving orders for Spring foundation pouring is May 1 of the current year. Orders received after this date will be included in the Fall pouring period. The deadline for receiving orders for Fall foundation pouring is September 1 of the current year.
