The City has partnered with Professional Meters Inc. (PMI) for a city-wide water meter replacement program. If you are to receive a new water meter during this phase of the program, a postcard with instructions to schedule your appointment—including evening and weekend options—was mailed to you.
Thank you to everyone who has already scheduled their installation. Beginning January 5, 2026, final notices are being hand delivered to properties who have not yet scheduled. To avoid interruption in service, please call or go online to schedule the installation.
