AT&T has ground units located throughout the city. These often appear light blue or green in cylinder or pyramid shape. Several appear rusted, damaged, open or generally unsightly. If you see an AT&T ground unit that is broken down, open or in poor condition, please report its location to the City so we can document it and work with AT&T to address the issue. When reporting, please include:
- The exact address or nearest intersection
- A brief description of the condition (e.g., rusted, dented, open/exposed, leaning, graffiti)
- A photo if possible (optional, but helpful)
