A snow emergency has been declared in the City of St. Clair from 8am Saturday, February 15, 2025 through 6pm Sunday, February 16, 2025. The Snow Emergency Ordinance (2008-04) prohibits parking on any City street when snow exceeds or is expected to exceed 4 inches.
