A snow emergency has been declared in the City of St. Clair from 4pm Wednesday, February 12, 2025 through 4pm Thursday, February 13, 2025. The Snow Emergency Ordinance (2008-04) prohibits parking on any City street when snow exceeds or is expected to exceed 4 inches.
