The City Superintendent is the chief administrative officer and reports directly to the Mayor and City Council. He is responsible for the administration of all city affairs and administrative policy provided under the City Charter or established by ordinance or resolution of the City Council. The City Superintendent supervises the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of the city.
